It also operates in the UAE alongside Saudi Arabia, through an entity named in its store terms as "Nahdi Pharmacy LLC" in Dubai, with its Emirati presence having begun with a single Dubai outlet in 2019. A telling measure of Nahdi's digital shift: the online channel accounted for 30.2% of revenue in the first half of 2026, with private label at 19.4% across 12 own brands covering more than 500 products.

The Nuhdeek loyalty programme: how it actually works

Nahdi's current loyalty programme is Nuhdeek, and it requires membership. The mechanics as Nahdi publishes them:

• You earn at least one point per riyal spent, usually credited within about 24 hours, with bonus points during promotions.
• Points convert into single-use vouchers. A voucher is non-refundable where the product's value is below the voucher's value, and an expired unused voucher is not reissued.
• Validity is 12 months per purchase for active memberships and 30 days for inactive ones.
• Family accounts can pool points across up to 8 members.
• Returning an item deducts the points it earned.

Purchases that earn no points: specialty-medication department items, insurance transactions, Tamara and Tabby instalment orders, voucher-paid purchases, and transactions where points were partly or fully redeemed. There is no published tier structure — Nahdi instead runs interest-based clubs such as Health & Wellness, Beauty, and Mom & Baby.

Delivery and click and collect

Nahdi gives you two routes to your order: delivery to your door or collection from your nearest branch. Among its standout services is "Now" express delivery in roughly 30 minutes on eligible items, available for prepaid orders only — so you cannot combine instant delivery with cash on delivery.

Published delivery hours in Saudi Arabia are Saturday to Thursday, 08:00 to midnight, and Friday, 13:00 to 21:00.

One detail many shoppers miss: Nahdi runs two fulfilment types in parallel. Express covers locally stocked items, which are returnable, while Global covers imported items, which cannot be cancelled once ordered and are refundable only if damaged or incorrect. Returns and exchanges

Express items are returnable within 14 days of purchase at any Nahdi pharmacy with the receipt, while 7 days is cited for in-store purchases. The original invoice, or its number from the app, is mandatory.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged at all, including medicines requiring special refrigerated storage, pharmaceutical items whose barcode has been removed or erased, used or damaged goods, insurance-funded purchases, baby food and special-storage foods, wellness packages, and maternity clothing. Delivery fees are not refunded on returns, and a return reverses the Nuhdeek points tied to the item.

Payment methods

Officially confirmed methods are mada, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay and cash on delivery, plus instalments via Tamara and Tabby with a minimum order of SAR 150 and a maximum of SAR 5,000. As noted, instalment orders earn no Nuhdeek points.

3. Watch voucher validity. A voucher is single-use and is not reissued after it expires, and no difference is refunded if the product costs less than the voucher — so pick an item worth at least as much as the voucher.
