Jawwak and wallet credit: two different mechanisms

The Jawwak points programme

Almatar's named loyalty programme is Jawwak, with four tiers that rise with your booking count: Hawi at entry, Debrah from 3 bookings, Rahal from 5, and Safeer from 10. You earn between one and four points per riyal depending on your tier — so the tier is materially valuable, not cosmetic, since the gap between bottom and top is fourfold.

Points are redeemable against flight and hotel bookings through the site or app and are not convertible to cash. One essential condition: you must be logged in at the time of booking for points to be credited — this is the single most common way people lose them. Retaining your tier also requires a minimum number of bookings the following year.

Wallet credit

A separate mechanism in which promotional credit is granted to your wallet and redeemed against bookings on a sliding basis — the higher the booking value, the more credit you may apply. Its usual terms: non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, not combinable with promo codes, and subject to an expiry date.

Payment and instalments
