What is Chic Homz?

Chic Homz describes itself as one of the largest online furniture and décor stores in Egypt. The idea is simple: tens of thousands of products, carefully selected styles, and a website that helps you find the right piece quickly. The catalogue covers almost every room in an Egyptian home, from the reception (الريسبشن) and living room to the bedroom, the kids' room, the dining area, the home office and the balcony or garden.

You will find sofas and corner sofas, armchairs, poufs and banquettes, bedroom sets, beds in several sizes, kids' furniture, shoe racks and storage units, kitchen storage, display units and shelves, dining sets, desks and office chairs. On the décor side there are wall accessories, cushions, mirrors, vases, artificial plants, tapestries and curtains, plus floor lamps, table lamps, ceiling lights and wall lamps. Rugs, mattresses, tablecloths and quilts complete the soft-furnishing range, and there is a separate outdoor furniture section for villas, roofs and North Coast chalets.

Chic Homz organises its furniture by style, which is handy if you are furnishing a new apartment from scratch: modern, soft classic, Scandinavian, retro, organic, industrial and space-saving. It also offers an interior design consultation service and complete kitchens, and it has a wholesale (B2B) page for companies and projects.

Unlike many online-only shops, Chic Homz has physical showrooms where you can see the fabric and finish before you pay: Emerald Plaza Mall in New Cairo, Zahraa Maadi, the Central Axis in Sheikh Zayed, Avenue Mall in Al Rehab, and inside Wadi Degla Club at Airport Sheraton (Nozha).

Some real prices from the Chic Homz website give an idea of the range: a 2-piece wood sofa set at 47,045 EGP (down from 61,158 EGP), a 3-piece beech wood sofa set at 72,407 EGP, a 5-piece dining set at 33,694 EGP, a 7-piece dining set at 47,825 EGP, a 4-piece bedroom set at 37,980 EGP, beds from 9,782 EGP, a 3-piece coffee table set at 8,151 EGP, a 100 x 80 cm mirror at 2,638 EGP, a hydraulic office chair at 2,608 EGP, a 60 x 40 cm study table at 1,142 EGP and an off-white pouf at just 599 EGP.

How do I use the Chic Homz discount?

1. Open the Chic Homz website and tap the account icon to register with your name, email and mobile number.
2. Browse by room or by style and add your furniture or décor pieces to the cart. Check the dimensions on each product page.
3. Go to the cart and proceed to checkout. Your 15% first-order welcome discount is applied for new registered customers; if a code field appears, use only a code issued to you by Chic Homz.
4. Enter your delivery address and choose a payment method: card, Apple Pay, Vodafone Cash, cash on delivery, bank transfer or an installment provider.
5. Review the total, confirm the order and keep your order number for tracking and any after-sales request.

Important: Chic Homz terms state that a customer can either apply one discount code or use interest-free installments on an order, not both. Decide which saving is bigger for you before you check out.

What are the best things to buy at Chic Homz?

Sofas, corner sofas and living room sets

This is the core of the Chic Homz catalogue. Three-piece sofa sets on the site sit roughly between 30,000 and 73,000 EGP depending on wood and fabric, and long sofas such as the 300 x 90 cm Kirvi model are around 55,000 EGP. If you are furnishing a reception, the flash-sale section is the first place to check.

Bedroom sets and beds

A complete 4-piece bedroom set is listed at 37,980 EGP, while individual beds start from 9,782 EGP in several sizes. Pair a bed with a mattress from the same order to save on delivery visits.

Dining sets

Five-piece dining sets start around 33,700 EGP and seven-piece sets are around 47,800 EGP, which suits most Egyptian families who host on weekends and during Ramadan iftars.

Décor, mirrors, lighting and small pieces

Small items are where the 15% welcome discount stretches furthest: poufs from 599 EGP, mirrors around 2,600 EGP, coffee table sets around 8,150 EGP, plus cushions, vases, plants and lamps that refresh a room without a big budget.

Home office and kids' furniture

Study tables from 1,142 EGP and hydraulic office chairs around 2,600 EGP make Chic Homz useful for students and people working from home.

How can I save more at Chic Homz?

• Register before your biggest order. The 15% sign-up discount applies to the first order only, so use it on the most expensive basket you plan, such as a full bedroom or living room.
• Compare discount vs installments. You cannot combine a discount code with interest-free installments, so calculate which option leaves more money in your pocket.
• Watch the flash sales. Markdowns on sofa sets can exceed 14,000 EGP, as with the 2-piece wood set reduced from 61,158 to 47,045 EGP.
• Shop the big seasons. White Friday in November, Ramadan and end-of-season periods are when furniture stores in Egypt usually run their deepest promotions.
• Visit a showroom first. Seeing fabrics in New Cairo, Maadi, Sheikh Zayed, Al Rehab or Sheraton reduces the risk of a return, and non-defective returns cost 15% of the price.
• Bundle rooms in one order. One delivery for several pieces is easier to coordinate, especially outside Cairo and Giza.

Measuring, delivery and furniture care tips

Measure the room, the doors, the stairwell and the lift before ordering a sofa or a wardrobe. Chic Homz notes that delivery fees do not cover special services such as cranes, extra labour or removing doors and windows, so plan access in advance. Inspect the furniture at delivery: shipping damage should be reported within 24 hours with at least three photos, and missing parts within 48 hours. If you cannot inspect immediately, record an unboxing video from the first moment. For upholstery, vacuum regularly, keep fabric away from direct sun, and clean spills quickly with a damp cloth. For wood, avoid placing hot dishes directly on surfaces and use felt pads under décor items.

Our favourite combination: buy the big furniture pieces from Chic Homz or Homzmart with code HM42, then finish the room with cushions, frames, LED strips and storage from Temu using code alx720119 for up to 40% off on your first app order.
